Founder & CEO
Shaun is an Engineering graduate from Nat’l Institute of Technology, India and a magna cum laude MBA graduate from Scott School of Business in Indiana. Prior to Briocare, he has spent over 20 years with various global technology companies in business management roles in the healthcare & manufacturing industry. Shaun has deep understanding of digital technologies including sensor based devices. His passion is to use voice technology to empower seniors for an active, healthy & purposeful life. He actively works with various senior associations and regional chapters to promote use of technology for Aging in Place. He is also a volunteer at the local Meals on Wheels chapter.
Product Leader, Payor & Senior Housing solutions
Brittany Estok earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Loyola University Chicago. She worked for a nonprofit that provided medical and public health mission work in Honduras for 2 years before attending Arcadia University in Philadelphia. There she obtained a Masters in Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies and a Masters in Public Health. She currently works in Family Medicine and Urgent Care in Miami, Florida. She is the Miami-Dade County Representative for Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. Brittany also has experience in working as a medication case manager to help at risk patients maximize healthcare goals.
Product Leader, Consumer solutions
Harsh is a Neuroscience graduate from Washington University in St. Louis. He has studied in details chronobiology and its effects on cognition and neurological diseases like dementia and Alzheimers disease. He is passionate about using modern technology and neuroscience to improve the quality of life for older. He is also the President of Create Circles, which is an elderly care initiative set to address some of the largest challenges for older adult populations like social isolation, negative aging, and living without a sense of purpose. At Create Circles, he trains student volunteers how to engage older adults on a new level. Students not only converse with older adults but also work together to create articles, cookbooks, or videos on a shared interest.
Chief Technology Officer (Fractional)
Rajeev is a technology entrepreneur, doer, and a passionate learner. His expertise areas are Product Management, Solution Architecture, User experience, Data Science & Machine Learning. He is a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology and also holds an MBA from Babson College in Massachusetts. He leads the product design and the analytics framework for Briocare. He is also very active in the start up community and guides companies for building products to scale.
Anthony is a caregiving expert and is a provider of Caregiver Solutions to 5.5 million individuals. He is the President of The Aging Experience and a Partner at Global Institutional Solutions that provides effective solutions for caregivers of seniors, anyone with oncology, head trauma, pulmonary vascular disease, congestive heart failure, substance abuse dependent adults and assist with family-stress. He started the healthcare experience movement. He is also an active advocate and blogger on various Aging related topics. He holds a Bachelors from Drexel University and a Masters in Organizational Dynamics from University of Pennsylvania.
Gerontologist & Advisor
Carol is a solo aging expert and is a top advisor for the aging alone market. She helps senior living and the 55+ housing communities, tech companies and service providers to understand the extensive needs of solo agers and to grasp which solutions will have most success. She is well known for her closed Facebook group of seniors called “Elder Orphans”. Her focus is on resolving issues such as how to remain safe and independent, to create better lifestyles, to avoid isolation and loneliness, etc. She holds a Bachelors in social work & behavioral science from Sam Houston State Univ. She also has a certificate on Fundamentals of Gerontology from Univ. of Southern California.
