  1. Start & login to your Briocare App
  2. Open Side Menu > Select “Elders”
  3. Click on “+” on the upper right corner.
  4. Enter required details > Click on “SAVE”.
  1. Once elder profile is created, account linking flow will be available.
  2. Please follow those steps to link elder's account and grant permissions to Briocare.
  3. Once the account linking is done, you can continue configuring your Amazon Alexa Echo device with Briocare app.

  2. Select elder from dashboard.
  3. Go to SideMenu > Tap on “Reminders”.
  4. There are 3 types of reminders to choose from:
    1. Care & Activities
    2. Appointment & Dates
    3. Medications
  5. Choose any one of them
  6. Tap on “+” for Add New Reminder.
  7. Fill date, time and other details related to reminder.
  8. Tap ‘’SAVE” button.

  3. In Care & Activities List > tap on “+” for Add New Care & Activities Reminder.
  4. Fill date & time related to reminder.
  5. You can select Alert Type Tap > “On Time”, ”Before 15 minute”, ”Before 30 minute” ,”Before a hour”.
  6. Choose Alert type as Repeat Tap > Daily or weekly or weekdays or weekends.
  7. Tap ‘’SAVE” button.

Please note, Daily- Reminder will play daily on specified time and recurring reminders will play weekly on specific days selected.

You may want to add an end date to the schedule of reminders. If added, the reminder will expire after that date.

  1. Start & login to your Briocare App and select elder to set reminders for.
  2. Go to SideMenu > Tap on “Reminders”.
  3. Tap on Appointment & Dates.
  4. Tap on “+” for adding new reminder.
  5. Fill date and time related to the reminder.
  6. You can select Alert time from one of “On Time”, ”Before 15 minute”, ”Before 30 minute” ,”Before a hour”.
  7. To set recurring reminder, choose Alert type as Repeat and select Daily or weekly or weekdays or weekends.
  8. Tap "SAVE".

  3. Select Medications and tap on “+” for Medications Reminder.
  4. Fill date & time related to reminder.
  5. Add medicine detail by Tap > “Add Medicine”
  6. Select Alert Type Tap > “On Time”, ”Before 15 minute”, ”Before 30 minute” ,”Before a hour”.
  7. To Set Alert as Repeat Tap > Daily or weekly or weekdays or weekends.
  8. Tap "SAVE".

  3. Select featured skills from different categories.
  4. Tap "SAVE".

  3. Tap > "Profile".
  4. Change Profile Details.
  5. Tap “SAVE”.

  2. Tap on "Forgot Password" link.
  3. Enter your registered email id.
  4. Check your email for 4 letter temporary password.
  5. Login the app using temporary password, and go to "Setting" from side menu.
  6. Tap on "Profile", and select “Change Password”.
  7. Enter new password.
  8. Tap “SAVE”.

  2. Go to the dashboard > Select elder on dashboard.
  3. Open side menu > Select “reminders” option.
  4. Now you will see “clear reminders” option on the bottom right of the screen.
  5. Click on the “clear reminders” option & all your reminders will get cleared from device as well as app.
  1. Log into your Briocare mobile app.
  2. Choose elder from dashboard.

  3. Go to SideMenu > Open “Settings”.
  4. Click on “Logout” Button > Click on “Yes”.

You will get email for daily report of elder activities daily if you have enabled reporting for the elder.

  2. Select elder from dashboard.
  3. On Home screen > see “Activity Status”.

To accept invite sent by caregiver follow these steps:

  1. Open your registered email(elder’s email) & Open invite email.
  2. Click on the link.
  3. You will get redirect to a new window.

  4. Click on “JOIN NOW” button.
  5. After that Click on “LINK ACCOUNTS” button.
  6. After that you will see this window.

    Now you are ready to use Briocare skill.

  7. Just to cross check you can open your alexa account -> Go to skills from side menu -> Select Your skills from upper right corner -> then select private skills -> Here you will see the corresponding skill.

No, elder’s will get invited automatically when you create elder profile in Briocare app.

All reminder will be deleted from alexa device.

You MUST clear all reminder from Briocare app also by using “clear reminder” button.

Then you can add new reminders for future actions.

If your wifi password gets changed then you can change the password of corresponding wifi in alexa companion app.

  2. Select elder from dashboard.
  3. Select “My Subscription” from the top left.
  4. On Subscription screen > Click on “PayNow” for auto renewal (here you can only pay using existing cards or paypal account)

You can also update payment method using “UpdatePaymentMethod”.

If Subscription is expired then your existing reminders will be deleted unless you auto renew your subscription.

There are two ways to delete elder in Briocare:

You can delete directly from dashboard.

  1. Log into your Briocare Account.
  2. Select elder from dashboard.
  3. Scroll to the bottom.
  4. Click on “Delete Elder”.

    You can also delete elder using elders options in side menu.

  1. Log into your Briocare Account.
  2. Go to Side Menu > Select “Elders”.
  3. Choose elder from the screen.
  4. Scroll to the bottom.
  5. Click on “Delete Elder”.

Your elder will be deleted from Briocare & he will no longer be able to use Briocare services. Following will happen when you delete elder in Briocare app:

  1. Elder gets deleted.
  2. Elder subscription will be cancelled & there are no refunds. Hence we do not recommend deleting an elder unless you are cancelling the subscription.
  3. All reminder for elders will be cleared from device as well as the mobile app.

No, you will not receive email report after deleting elder.

  3. Go to SideMenu > Tap on “Reminders”.
  4. Select reminder categories > Select reminder to be deleted.
  5. Delete that reminder using “Delete Reminder” button on the bottom of the screen, if not visible please scroll.

  7. Enter Account details (if Card is selected then enter card details else enter paypal account details).
  8. Now on the Subscription screen you will see Your Current Subscription “status” as “Active”.

No, there is no trial period.

  3. Select “My Subscription” from the top left.
  4. Select “Cancel Subscription” on the bottom left.
  5. Click on “Yes”.
  6. *** Only active subscription can be cancelled.

  1. Log into your Briocare Account.
  2. Select elder from dashboard.
  3. Select “My Subscription” from the top left.
  4. On Subscription screen > Select “Update Payment Method” on the bottom left.
  5. You will see recently used card or paypal details in “Recent” Section > To delete the recently used card by clicking on the “EDIT” button.
  6. Select PayPal, Credit or Debit Card for new Subscription in “Other” Section.

Yes you can use but you will be responsible in case of any inconvenience.

Yes you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan after completion of current subscription.

You can use Briocare services till the end of the subscription period however there are no refunds available.

When you create a new elder, automatically an invite will be sent on the elder’s registered email address.

  1. Open your alexa account.
  2. Go to skills from side menu.
  3. Select Your skills from upper right corner.
  4. Then select private skills.
  5. Here you will see the corresponding skill.

Elder will be deleted from the system with an immediate effect.

No, we currently do not have an option to disable an elder profile. However you can directly delete elder in the Briocare app leading to subscription cancellation.

Daily email report is received by caregiver every evening. It is a summary of the responses from the elder on their well being, medications taken, safety questions, activities performed, next day’s appointments and any additional information that elder would like to share with the caregiver.

*** In order to receive daily email report you should enable it in elder’s profile by checking the box.

  3. Choose elder from the screen.
  4. Click on “EDIT” on the upper right corner.
  5. Scroll down and enable/disable reporting ( by checking & unchecking)
  6. Scroll up and click on “SAVE” on the upper right corner.

No, you will not receive email report after deleting the elder.
